Brightest Property Services Pty Ltd holds a current licence issued under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic).
Victoria's labour hire licensing scheme places obligations on both providers and the organisations that engage them. Where an engagement falls within the scope of the Act, hosts are expected to satisfy themselves that their provider is appropriately licensed.
Holding a current licence means Brightest Property Services can demonstrate its ability to meet Victorian labour hire compliance requirements where those requirements apply — and that your team can complete that part of its due diligence quickly, with a licence number that can be checked against the Labour Hire Authority's public register.

Victorian WorkCover Coverage

Insurance and WorkCover documentation is maintained current and reissued on renewal, so contract managers are not left chasing expired certificates.

Documented safe work method statements for cleaning tasks, prepared and reviewed as part of our safety system.
Site-specific risk assessments
Sites are assessed before work commences, with hazards identified and controls documented for that specific environment rather than applied generically.
Personal protective equipment
PPE requirements are determined through task and site risk assessments and implemented where required.
Chemical and SDS controls
A maintained Safety Data Sheet register for chemicals brought on site, with handling, storage and dilution controls documented under our environmental and OHS systems.
Staff induction
Staff complete a documented induction covering safety responsibilities, site procedures, chemical handling and incident reporting. Client-specific and site-specific inductions are completed where required.
Incident reporting and investigation
Documented incident notification, reporting and investigation procedures, including WorkSafe notification where applicable.
Toolbox meetings
Regular documented toolbox meetings covering site hazards, safe work practices and improvements raised by staff.
Documented quality assurance and inspections
Scheduled quality inspections, internal audits and management review under our ISO 9001 system, with corrective actions recorded and closed out.
